• Using the xs555 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

xs555 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate free of interruption, error, or security vulnerability. xs555 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xs555 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the xs555 platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond xs555's reasonable control.
• Delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.
